I just met with another merchant who also mentioned to me they’re using Lifetimely and TW. The merchants main concern is regarding user permissions. They hired an agency to run their ads, and don’t want them to have access to all operating expenses and view profitability of the business. So the business owner likes to use Lifetimely since only they have access to it, whereas the agency has access to TW. In addition they said that Lifetimely is also able to better account for shipping costs (pulls directly from Shipstation), payment gateway costs (more accurate) and also product costs (which I noted we already do). So if we can block agencies from viewing the summary page and/or profitability of the business, and also improve our shipping and payment gateway costs then the merchant will stop paying Lifetimely $50/month and only use us. They mentioned it’s more of an inconvenience to have to use Lifetimely and wants to be able to use us for all of it.
