Feature Requests

I have two AU customers asking - both have complex shipping cost setups and are currently not tracking this in TW due to complexity which is inadvertently undermining their reliance and trust on reporting in TW.

Customer would like the ability to create a Product Global Filter to exclude a Product from the entire platform (i.e. A product filter to remove "shipping protection" as a Global Filter across the platform)

Allow for a full export on Insights > Product Analytics (versus just 50 rows at a time).

Customer has a long consideration period of about 90 days. They want to see a 90 day Attribution Window, as well as a 6 month one, and requesting ability to select a dynamic type of range to allow for that (since Lifetime is too long for them, and 28 days is too short).

Under the pixel, our current TW pixel profit metric is: (CV - COGS - Ad Spend), but customer wants this to also include gateway costs & shipping to get a true profit figure.

Customer would like to be able to see true First / Last Clicks for their customers that show up under "Journey Too Long." For instance, a recent Klaviyo campaign was last clicked by a customer and the Attribution went to Journey Too Long but they would have wanted that to show up under Klaviyo and they have specific interest in seeing customers with extra long journeys as well.

Customer requesting ability to view the Pixel Graph by Month, similar to how we can view other graphs on TW by Month.

Customers would like to get dark mode back on 3.0
